Let's get you that first pull-up.
Right now one rep feels a long way off. It did for me too, at 47kg I couldn't do a single one. Every movement here is a numbered ladder with an exact target, so you always know what the next rung is. Sixteen weeks from zero.
Pay once, yours for lifeIf you're reading this you probably can't do a pull-up yet, and I want you to know that's completely okay, I couldn't either, I was 47 kilos and I felt so weak, and I built this whole course for the person I was back then, someone who just needed to be told what the next small step was.
So take it at your pace, baby steps, and I'll be with you the whole way. Where are you at right now, can you hang off a bar for ten seconds?
Cali SungTwo reps you weren't sure would ever come.
Sixteen weeks from now you'll walk up to a bar, take a breath, and pull yourself clean over it. No kip, no swing, just a rep you earned one rung at a time, with 10 solid push-ups to go with it.
The rep that started this whole thing. Dead hang to chin over the bar.
Ten consecutive, perfect form. Real pressing strength, built from the floor up.
Hollow holds and planks that keep every rep tight and pain-free.
You move up when you pass the gate.
Not when the calendar says so. The weeks are a pace guide.
Foundations
Hangs, Australian pull-ups, seated pull-ups and knee push-ups. Two sessions a week, then three from week 4.
The Band Ladder
Band pull-ups from 30kg down to 5kg, one rung a week, with paused reps and clusters along the way.
Off The Band
Slow negatives and the sticking point check, so you train the part of the rep that is holding you back.
The Real Thing
Real attempts, then the test in week 16. An optional Reset Week is there whenever you need a breather.

I started as the skinny guy who dodged the gym.
Eleven years ago I was 47kg and couldn't do a single pull-up. I figured it out the slow, hard way. I tried every method going, got hurt, came back, kept what actually worked and threw the rest out. This course is what's left: the shortcut I never had.
No guesswork. Just the next rung.
The reason beginners stall is they never know when to level up. Here, every movement is a numbered ladder with an exact target at each step. You always know exactly what's next.

Bruce had his first pull-up inside a month.
Bruce started where most people start, skinny, no strength base, and not one pull-up in him. Four weeks later he had a clean rep.
Six months in he was doing ten in a row, and three high pull-ups on top of that. Same ladder that's on this page, same two or three sessions a week.
Skinny isn't a disadvantage here. It's a starting point.Good. Read this before you count yourself out.
One of my students came to me at 101kg, dead sure his weight ruled pull-ups out for life. A year later? Ten clean pull-ups.
Here's the part nobody expects. He still carries a belly. The scale only moved 2kg. He didn't shrink himself into pull-ups. He got strong enough to do them anyway.
You don't need to be lean first. You just need to start. All 45 lessons, before you pay.

My course, start to finish
The honest answers.
I've literally never done a pull-up. Am I too far back to start?
That's exactly who this is built for. Week 1 you don't even pull. You set up, learn the warm-up, and learn how to read your effort. From there every step has a scaled version and an exact target, so you're never guessing or jumping ahead.
I'm over 30 and carrying extra weight. Will this actually work for me?
Yes. The whole method is built for busy beginners, most of them 30 and above, training at home, and strength doesn't care about your bodyweight the way you think. My student went 101kg to ten clean pull-ups without getting lean first. You get strong enough to do the rep anyway.
How much time does it really take each week?
Two sessions a week to start, three from week 4, around 60 minutes each, plus a couple of easy recovery walks. It's designed around people who run businesses and have lives, not people who live in the gym.
What equipment do I need?
No gym. Just a pull-up bar and a set of resistance bands. All cheap and home-friendly.
What if I fall behind the 16 weeks?
Totally fine. The weeks are a guide, not a deadline. Some students take 18 or 20 weeks, and the course is yours for life. You move up only when you've earned the rung, and every card tells you the standard to hit before you do.
How does the S$297 price work?
It's the founding price for the first 50 people who join the waitlist. When the course opens, those 50 get it for S$297, and after that it goes to S$339. There's no countdown timer and nothing made up about spots left, once 50 people have joined, the price changes.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No, and I would rather say that here than hide it in the small print. The moment you buy, the whole course is yours for life, every lesson, every PDF, every future update, so there is nothing to hand back. What I do instead is show you everything before you pay: the full module list, the 16 weeks week by week, and the standards you have to hit. Read it, and buy it only if the plan makes sense to you.
Do I have to pay for the community?
Your first month is included free with the course. After that it's S$49/month if you want to stay for the live check-ins and form feedback, and you can leave any time, no hard feelings.
Everyone moves at their own pace. Some of them fly.
